Terms & Conditions — 111bb Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Where the singular is used, it shall include the plural and vice versa.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 111bb Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 111bb with respect to your use of the platform. By accessing or using 111bb in any way, you confirm your acceptance of all such terms without reservation.

To access the full range of 111bb services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must first complete the 111bb registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals aged 18 years and above.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering for a 111bb account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. You agree to update your account details promptly if any of the information you have provided changes.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your own name, as this will be used for identity verification and account security.
• You must not register using false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active 111bb account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 111bb employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances or winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts will be subject to forfeiture at 111bb's sole discretion.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

111bb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time that 111bb deems verification necessary. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111bb login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 111bb will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. This policy applies without exception to all account registrations, deposits, bets, game play, bonus claims, and withdrawal requests. 3.1 Age Verification Process

At the time of account registration, all players must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older by checking the relevant declaration during the sign-up process. 3.2 Consequences of Underage Play

If 111bb discovers or reasonably suspects that an account is held by, or is being used by, a person under the age of 18, the following measures will be taken without prior notice:

• The account will be suspended immediately pending a full investigation.
• All deposits made to the account will be refunded to the original payment source.
• All winnings, bonuses, and any other funds accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.
• The matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

3.3 Parental Controls

If you believe that a person under the age of 18 in your household may be accessing gambling services online, we strongly recommend using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites. 4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the refund of the deposit and potential account suspension.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically reflect in your 111bb account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the sending institution.
• 111bb does not charge any fees for processing deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 111bb account from which the withdrawal is requested.
• Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete 111bb's identity verification (KYC) process in full.
• 111bb aims to process withdrawal requests within one to four business hours of approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• 111bb reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. During such checks, the processing period may be extended.
• Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative review to prevent money laundering and financial abuse of the platform.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

111bb is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All transaction activity is monitored for patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, 111bb will suspend the relevant account, freeze funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players are required to cooperate fully with any investigation by providing requested documentation in a timely manner.

111bb offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time each offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing on the 111bb platform.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• 111bb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to these terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 111bb are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated as follows:

• Wagering Amount = Bonus Value × Wagering Multiplier. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Only bets placed on eligible games contribute towards the wagering requirement. The contribution percentage of each game type will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bets placed using real-money balance (not bonus funds) do not count towards bonus wagering requirements unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• If a player's account balance falls below ৳10 while an active wagering requirement is outstanding, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

111bb employs automated systems and manual review processes to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk or hedging betting strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and colluding with other players to exchange bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, 111bb reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account.

By accessing and using the 111bb platform, you accept and agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. These obligations are in addition to any other requirements set out elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions.

6.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the 111bb platform exclusively for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform in any manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to laws relating to online gambling, financial transactions, anti-money laundering, and data protection.

6.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information to 111bb at all times, including during the registration process, in communications with support, and when submitting documents for identity verification. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6.3 Fair Play

You must not, at any time:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to all players through the standard user interface.
• Exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability to gain an advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collude with other players, including sharing information about game outcomes in live dealer games, for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity fraud in connection with bets placed on 111bb.

6.4 Personal Use Only

Your 111bb account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any transaction through your account. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud.

6.5 Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that it is your personal responsibility to gamble within your means. 111bb provides a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. 7.1 Suspension by 111bb

111bb reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account is involved in suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You are under the age of 18.
• You have opened more than one account in violation of the single-account policy.
• Your account shows patterns consistent with bonus abuse or unfair advantage.

During a suspension period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, access games, or request withdrawals. 111bb will notify you of the suspension via the contact details held on your account and will provide reasonable opportunity to respond to any investigation, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or fraud.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 111bb account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your last verified payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 111bb may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to ৳100 to dormant accounts after providing prior notification to the account holder at the email address on record. If an account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. To reactivate a dormant account, simply complete the 111bb login process and contact support if access assistance is required.

8.1 Platform Availability

111bb endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond 111bb's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, and natural disasters. 111bb accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of platform unavailability.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While 111bb makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all information published on the platform — including odds, game rules, promotional terms, and account balance displays — is accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a material error that affects a bet or game outcome, 111bb reserves the right to void the affected transaction and refund the relevant stake. 111bb will not be liable for any loss of profit or opportunity arising from such errors.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The 111bb platform integrates games and services provided by third-party game studios and technology providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. While 111bb works only with reputable and certified providers, it accepts no liability for errors, interruptions, or losses arising from faults in third-party game software or technology, provided that 111bb takes reasonable steps to address such issues when they are brought to its attention.

8.4 Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111bb shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 111bb platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 111bb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process. 111bb is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. In the first instance, all complaints should be directed to the support team at [email protected], and 111bb will endeavour to provide a substantive response within five business days.

8.6 Amendments to These Terms

111bb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 111bb will notify registered players via a prominent notice on the platform and, where appropriate, via email to the address on record. Continued use of the 111bb platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
